Here are the Rules and Regulations

Letter from our Bowling Commisioner

- HANDICAP -

This tournament will be a handicap tournament.

We will be using 80% of 200 minus your average.

This will allow bowlers of any skill level to have a fair chance of winning.

For example if a bowler has a 160 average: 200-160=40, 80% of 40 is 32 so that bowler will get 32 pins added to to their score for each game.

If you bowled in last years tournament we will use the scores you got in last years first round to determine your average and handicap. If you did not bowl last year your average and handicap will computed after the first round this year.

- AVERAGE CAP -

This year we are implementing an average cap of 700.
Most of us will not have to worry about this but it will keep the ringers away and we do not have to worry about a team of professional bowlers coming in and cleaning up.

- BOWLING -

Bowling will be “League Style” (switching lanes) and foul line will be active.

Do not touch the computers, please have an official do any corrections.
Violation of this could result in a pin loss from your score.
